A Familiar Face

During my first few days on Tortola, I felt homesick and lost. I clung more tightly to the practices and parts of myself that grounded me. I had admired the moon before, but it was this day that I began to truly track its phases. The practice provided such grounding that it has become my most sacred daily ritual ever since.
